Care instructions: Machine washable to keep your shoes looking like new. Remove the insoles and laces, then wash on a wool or gentle cycle. For the best results, use a gentle detergent and a delicates bag. Avoid the dryer and bleach at all costs. For the Mizzle Collection, we recommend hand washing the shoes.

Sizing and Fit: Allbirds generally run true to size, although fit can vary among different styles. Most shoes are available in full sizes only. For those in between sizes and those with wider feet, we recommend sizing up. Our shoes offer varying levels of arch support across styles, and our insoles are removable to accommodate custom orthotics if needed.

Waterproofing: Not quite, but our Mizzle Collection offers a few extra-special features that make them a perfect option when the weather report is less than ideal. The Wool shoes can definitely sustain a light rain and still keep your feet dry and insulated.
